Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Returns are only accepted for products that are unopened and unused.
    • If the product has been opened or used, it is not eligible for return.
    • To process a return, you must send a picture of the product contents to VedEarth for verification.
  2. Return Process

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@vedearth.com within 30 days of receiving your product.
    • Include your order number, a picture of the unopened product, and the reason for the return in your email.
    • Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Shipping Costs

    • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
    • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
